How long do you play for?

We play 2 x 45 minute live band sets with a 15 minute break in between sets

How long do you need to set up?

It takes us 60—90 minutes to set up and sound check depending on the size of your event

Do you provide music before and between sets?

We provide the DJ Service before and between sets and until midnight free of charge

Can you learn a specific song for my Wedding?

Yes! Every Wedding booking includes one free song learned by us

Can we choose the band’s set list?

Yes! We need at least 8 weeks notice if you want to customize our set list

Can we choose what songs we’d like for the DJ Service?

Yes, if you have particular songs in mind please send us your requests at least 14 days before your Wedding day

We’d like some laid back acoustic music at our Wedding, could you provide this?

Yes, Rendezvous are also available as an acoustic duo consisting of Chloe & Alex. This is a popular choice for drinks receptions, guest arrivals and during meals

What songs do you play?

What time will you arrive in the evening?

We usually arrive at 6pm onward but it depends on your event schedule

What if a band member falls ill on the day of my event?

We have many professional musicians that we can call on in an emergency, we've got you covered

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes, we have our own PA system, backline and lighting equipment that we use at all of our events

How much space do you need to perform?

We need a minimum of a 4m x 3.5m area to perform at your event

Our venue needs a copy of your Public Liability Insurance & PAT testing documents, do you have these?

We have Public Liability Insurance and PAT testing documents that are available on request

Do we have to sign a contract to confirm the booking?

Yes, written contracts are issued for every booking

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your Event Date in our Calendar
